As Old as Time: A Twisted Tale
“Not all change is bad. You’re making me realize that.” - The Beast
After doing their research in the library, our protagonists found answers to the marks next to the names; they serve to identify les charmantes, who are people with magic. What is more, one name stood out among the others, being the one of Mrs. Potts' husband: Alaric. Therefore, Belle and the Beast went to ask the teapot about him, but she only told them that he disappeared a long time ago.
Apart from that, many things happened that are worth mentioning. For example, Maurice went to the tavern to ask for help in finding his daughter, but everyone rejected him; Belle had a vision about her mother; a web covered the castle and is gradually making it disappear; Gaston, who wants to marry Belle, paid D’Arche to locked up Maurice in an asylum, all in order to persuade her to marry him, and our main characters went to visit the grave of the Prince’s parents.
Nevertheless, the most relevant event that has marked the story is that, as Belle and the Beast were outside the castle, they went to the stable, which is the place where Mrs. Potts' husband used to work. There, unfortunately, what no one expected was found, Alaric's body. Moreover, it was discovered that he was a friend of Belle's parents.
Finally, as far as I have read, two theories have been mentioned about what happened to the Enchantress. In fact, for this reason, we can question the following: was she murdered, or was she betrayed by someone close to her?
